The Melk Plate large is a beautiful, subtile and functional stoneware. The ceramic plate adds a soft touch to a table setting, and is as suitable for serving a low key breakfast as it is for an intimate dinner party. Melk is a ceramic series and each product is handmade with a unique glazing technique. The ceramic is designed by Anette Krogstad, and the designer has developed a subtle combination of white tones reminiscent of damp linen, cotton and silk textiles or the remnants of a milk-like fluid on a matte surface. Each product is unique, and since all parts are hand-glazed, there may be slight variations in glaze, pattern and color.
